Not since Dylan has such an icon rocked Chelsea.
Called “the country’s most original hotel” by The New York Times, the Ace prides itself on casual cool. In a renovated 1908 building, the boutique celebrates pamper without pretension. With historical flourishes like mosaic tiles, coffered ceilings and vintage furnishings, where do the hopelessly hip DJs fit in? (The late-night lobby, of course.) From a world-class staff to provocative wall murals, trendy on-site eateries and a classic Gibson guitar collection, the Ace Hotel leaves the standard, stuffy approach to high-end amenities blowin’ in the wind.
