Set along the crystal-clear water’s edge, the lodge encourages the relaxing and revitalizing effects of a return to nature. As breezes drift through the lush island leaves, abandon the land (with the help of the well-appointed dive shop) and explore activities upon and below the waves. Snorkel, scuba dive or kayak to your ocean-loving heart’s delight, but be sure not to miss the pre-historic mysteries of the “Indian Cave” grottos. After your explorations are through, relax on the white sand of the cove or laze beneath a thatched hut by the free-form pool. And when gentle pangs of appetite finally rouse you from your rest, visit the Watamula Restaurant for delicious dining and a view of the ever-whispering waves. The nights are quiet, the slumber is deep and all postcards home begin with “This is exactly what I needed.”
