My fellow Americans, let us reach our hands across the aisles and concede that we all support The Madison hotel. Since JFK, presidents from both parties have stayed and given it their votes of approval. Elegant, renovated guest rooms, a steam room and in-room spa services—is that not the American dream? Truly, my very esteemed colleagues, it would take nothing short of a filibuster to keep me from dinner at the hotel’s Postscript Lounge. Thanks to The Madison, Americans can now rest easy.
