With a Noah’s-Ark-themed mini water park, the all-inclusive Royal Solaris Los Cabos is summed up nicely by the tale of the animal-filled vessel. First, there are plenty of activities (and water) to float your boat, including four pools and a beachfront lined with loungers. Second, multiple restaurants pair marvelously with as many meals and alcoholic beverages as you can eat without going overboard (it’s practically expected that you visit the swim-up bar more than once). And third, this story has a happy ending, too.
